One of Ali’s favorite pasttimes when not making music is sharing her love of yoga. She’s been teaching yoga since 2006 and especially loves teaching private or small group sessions where she can design a practice to support someone’s personal needs and goals. Enjoy a one-hour yoga session with Ali for just you OR for you and up to four of your friends. The session will be done via zoom or in-person if you are in Nashville. You will also receive a signed CD or vinyl.
